Shipping policy

At LOST CLOUD, we aim to process orders within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are shipped within Nigeria and internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and destination.

You’ll receive shipping or tracking information when it’s available. Please make sure your delivery details and contact information are correct before completing your order. LOST CLOUD isn’t responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their destination country.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
